REFUND POLICY

By registering for any course offered by The Stick Lab Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    •    Enrollment constitutes a binding agreement; all sales are final.

    •    The Stick Lab Academy is not responsible for personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete course requirements.

    •    Certification and/or successful completion of the program are contingent upon meeting all testing and attendance requirements; enrollment does not guarantee certification.

    •    Students assume full responsibility for understanding all prerequisites, policies, and procedures prior to registration.

    •    The Stick Lab Ac reserves the right to deny entry, remove participants for misconduct, or adjust course offerings as necessary.

  •    No Refunds: All payments made toward training courses are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    •    Rescheduling: Students are permitted one-time only to reschedule their training date. Any additional rescheduling requests will require re-enrollment and repayment of the full course fee.

    •    Attendance: Failure to attend the scheduled class without prior written approval will result in forfeiture of all payments.
